Core Responsibilities
* Work with a group of military aviation Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the conduct of post Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and training design activities leading to the production of SCORM courseware and simulation scenarios
* Provide instructional design support to courseware developers during production and test of SCORM courseware
* Ensure all curriculum development efforts comply with Ascent’s DSAT process
* Ensure all curriculum development data is captured accurately and thoroughly in Ascent’s curriculum design database
Additional Responsibilities
* Interface with other Ascent capability acquisition teams to maintain a coherent approach to overall UKMFTS curriculum development
* Identify emerging risks in training analysis and design and advise on mitigation strategies
* Liaise with Authority training analysts and design specialists engaged in curriculum development
Knowledge and Experience
* Degree or equivalent professional qualification
* Knowledge and use of DSAT analysis and design techniques
* MoD training analysis/design background, to include hands-on experience of:
- Conducting training options (i.e., media) analyses
- Developing training and enabling objectives
- Developing I-Specs
- Developing C-Specs
- Developing A-Specs
