Ascent have defined a number of core values which we feel represent our culture. These values are Partnering, Flexibility, Commitment, Excellence and Passionate about People. They form the heart of the business, not only defining what is expected of our employees but also influence the way we do business. This is key to our brand reputation.
There are a number of ways that we have ensured that these values “come to life” within the business. They include a detailed assessment of each candidate on their ability and willingness to operate within this culture and measurement through our performance management appraisal process. These values also formed the basis of our recent UKMFTS Colleague Satisfaction Survey.
In the very near future our core values will be included in our 360 degree feedback process, colleague recognition scheme and talent review procedure.
