Ev brings more than 29 years of experience in successful program management and technical execution across Lockheed Martin and IBM organizations. He most recently served as the Director of International Flight Programs for STS managing the Singapore Basic Wings Course (RSAF BWC) and the Saudi Arabia Weapon Systems Officer (RSAF WSO) programs. Previously, Ev performed in the role of Technical Director for the STS Flight Mission Area.
Ev has a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. He is married with one daughter
